Top 5 Theme Parks Apps on iOS in Spain for Q4 2021

The fourth quarter of 2021 saw diverse trends in the performance of the top theme park apps on iOS in Spain, according to Sensor Tower data. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and active users for the leading apps in this category.

Parque Warner Madrid had a notable performance in terms of downloads. Weekly downloads peaked at 2.1K in mid-October, followed by fluctuations, with a low of 414 in mid-November and a resurgence to 1.7K in early December. The app closed the year with 1.2K downloads in the final week of December.

Disneyland® Paris also showed strong download numbers. The app experienced a peak in downloads in the first week of December, reaching 1.9K. Active users for this app showed a stable trend, starting at 1.6K at the end of September and peaking at 2.7K in early December before settling at 1.9K by the end of the year.

Port Aventura experienced a peak in downloads with nearly 2K in mid-October. Active users for this app started at 2.7K at the beginning of the quarter and reached a high of 3.6K in mid-October. The numbers, however, dipped towards the end of the quarter, with active users dropping to 1.1K in the final week of December.

Puy du Fou - España saw a modest download performance with a peak of 934 in the first week of October. Downloads significantly declined towards the end of the quarter, reaching a low of 6 in the week of December 20.

Finally, Disneyland® had a steady but lower download rate compared to the other apps. Downloads peaked at 152 in early December, while active users reached their highest at 242 in the same period before closing the quarter at 163.
